Live!
The Story
The two-disc "Live!" is Scott Henderson's first live recording and captures his critically acclaimed guitar ability as it was showcased at a club in Los Angeles (La Ve Lee) over several nights during 2004. One additional track was included from a show at the La Palma Club in Rome, Italy. "Live!" is a guitar masterpiece where the guitar does the taking (except on the vocal numbers) as it runs the gamut from jazz fusion to slinky Texas blues and other harmonically adventurous forays into uncharted blues and fusion terrain. Guitar fans have enjoyed hearing Henderson work with Jean Luc Ponty, Chick Corea, Joe Zawinul and his power fusion trio Henderson, Smith and Wooten (with drummer Steve Smith and bassist Victor Wooten). In addition, Scott has churned out an incredible body of work stemming from his other career as founding member of Tribal Tech and as a solo artist, both of which he has toured extensively to support.
