Part of learning to play guitar is to know how to make your life easier as a guitar player and learning all those little tricks that are easy to underestimate but make the difference.
When I nearly broke a guitar while playing live due to a strap malfunction (and it was not my first near miss), I did not know that the solution would have been so simple.
And when a luthier showed me how to check if my guitar neck was straight, I actually felt ashamed I could not figure it out something so simple by myself.
Those are things that few guitar teachers bother to mention - because they are so simple that they give it for granted. And yet, I found that even some professionals do not know some of those basic tricks that make your life much easier.
So let's not waste any more time. In the video below I will show you 8 tricks in 2 minutes (yes, actual 120 seconds...), and even if you know most of them, the one or two you may learn will definitely be worth your time.
If you know more guitar hacks that you found useful (and I may have forgot to include), write them in the comments below!
